These GTC prevail over any other document.

Article 2 - Price

Unless otherwise stated and excluding processing and shipping expenses, the prices of our products are stated in EUR and/or in others foreign currencies (USD, MAD,...) and include all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order).

Customs fees, additional municipal taxes, import fees, or state taxes for goods coming from outside are out of the company's control. Both the disclosures and the payments to the pertinent government agencies and organizations in your nation will be your duty. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.

MAISON YOUME reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be charged based on the rate in effect at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of MAISON YOUME until full payment is received.

Beware: as soon as you take physical possession of the ordered products, the risks of loss or damage of the products are transferred to you.

Article 3 - Orders

The contractual information is presented in French and English and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.

In the case of a supply issue or a problem with the received order, MAISON YOUME reserves the right to refuse to register a payment and/or confirm an order for any reason.

Article 5 - Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.

The payment of your purchases is made by national or international credit card;

The card is only debited when the order is shipped. In case of split deliveries, only the shipped products are debited.

Article 6 - Cancellation

In accordance with the regulations in force, you have 14 days starting from the day you receive your products to exercise your right to cancel without giving a reason or incurring penalties.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Your responsibility is required in this situation. Any damage the product sustains in this situation might be sufficient to void the right to return it.

The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, MAISON YOUME will reimburse the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In accordance with the regulations in force, the right of cancellation does not apply to :

• The supply of services fully performed before the end of the cancellation period and whose performance has begun after prior express consent of the consumer and express waiver of his right of cancellation.
• The supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
• The supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• The supply of goods which, after being delivered and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the Website www.maisonyoume.com and within the limits of available stocks.

For products not in stock, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
